Terms & service fees

WorkConnect is a recruitment marketplace that connects job seekers with employers. Posting jobs and applying to roles is free for both sides; WorkConnect earns a service fee only when an employer successfully hires a candidate through the platform.

Commission models

• Fixed fee per successful hire.
• Percentage of first month salary.
• Percentage of annual salary.
• Custom employer agreement.
• Subscription plus success fee.

Hiring confirmation

When an employer marks a candidate as Hired, the platform records the hire, calculates the service fee using the active commission settings or any specific agreement on file, and automatically generates an invoice payable to WorkConnect.

Anti-circumvention

Employers agree not to circumvent the platform after sourcing a candidate through WorkConnect. We track candidate source, application progress, and hiring events. Bypassing the platform may result in account suspension and full fees becoming due.

Acceptance

By creating an employer account you agree to these terms. Specific commercial terms may be agreed in writing between WorkConnect and individual employers.
